1. Who we are. Pawinee is operated by Jifu, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States, United States. By creating an account, starting a trial or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
Pawinee provides online retail products shipped from Thailand. We may improve, change or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of the unused period.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must give accurate information and be at least 18 years old. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You can cancel at any time using the link in your receipt or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. See the Refund Policy for when we refund.
You may not share your access, resell or redistribute the service, scrape or systematically extract its data, attempt to reverse engineer it, use it to build a competing product, or use it unlawfully or in a way that harms others or the service. We may suspend an account that breaches this section.
The service, its software, design and content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active. You keep ownership of the data you enter; you grant us the licence needed to process it to provide the service.
We aim to keep Pawinee available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance, security or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will refund any period you paid for but did not receive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory consumer law in their country of residence.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you use the service. Material changes affecting paying users will be notified by email at least 30 days ahead.
