Who we are. Pawinee is a service of Jifu, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States, United States. We are the data controller for the information described here. Privacy enquiries: [email protected].

1. What we collect

Account data. If you create an account: your email address and, where you provide it, your name and company.
Payment data. Card details are collected and held by our payment processor (Stripe). We receive only confirmation of payment, your plan and the last four digits of the card. We never see or store your full card number.
Service data. The information you enter to use Pawinee — online retail products shipped from Thailand.
Technical data. IP address, browser and device type, referring page and pages viewed.

2. Why we use it

To provide the service you signed up for and administer your account.
To take payment, prevent fraud and handle chargebacks (via Stripe).
To answer your support requests.
To understand which parts of the service are used, so we can improve it.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Our legal bases are performance of a contract (your subscription), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the service), consent (marketing email) and legal obligation (tax and accounting).

3. Who we share it with

Only service providers who need it to run Pawinee: Stripe for payments, our hosting and email providers, and analytics. Each is contractually bound to use your data only for the service they provide to us. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

4. International transfers

Our providers are mainly located in the United States and the European Union. Where personal data of users in the UK, EU or Switzerland is transferred outside those areas, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with the security measures those providers operate.

5. How long we keep it

Account records: while your account is active, then up to 6 years for tax and accounting purposes.
Support correspondence: 24 months.
Marketing email: until you unsubscribe.
Analytics data: 14 months in identifiable form, then aggregated.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for login and payment, and privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use advertising cookies to track you across other websites.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent. Email [email protected]; we respond within 30 days. EU and UK residents may also complain to their local supervisory authority. California residents may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and opt out of any "sale" — we do not sell personal information.

8. Security

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Payment data never reaches our servers — it is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified processor. Access to personal data is restricted to those who need it.

9. Children

Pawinee is a business service intended for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We will post any update here and change the date above. Material changes affecting paying users will also be notified by email.
